Answering the Generative AI Skills Challenge

Chad Burton is a managing director at Piper Sandler, serving as the chief operating officer for investment banking. Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2004, he held previous roles at RBC Capital Markets and Larson Allen Weishair, LLP. Chad works closely with the global co-heads of investment banking and capital markets managing the day-to-day operations as well as partnering on the strategic initiatives of the firm. 

Chad earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Beth Tracton-Bishop is the Director of Research for Harvard Business Review Analytic Services, an independent research unit within Harvard Business Review Group, that conducts research and on management challenges and emerging business opportunities for corporate sponsors. Since earning her Ph.D. in Sociology, Dr. Tracton-Bishop has held a range of roles from academia to corporate roles where she has honed her expertise in translating research findings into actionable materials for business leaders and consumers.
