Siska Ghesquiere is General Counsel and Head of M&A at RTL Group S.A., Europe’s leading entertainment company across broadcast, streaming, content and digital, with interests in 56 television channels, 7 streaming services and 36 radio stations. She started her career as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Linklaters LLP in 2005 and joined RTL Group in 2012. At RTL Group, she subsequently moved from the legal department with a focus on M&A to roles as VP Global Operations Management MPN Business, VP M&A and afterwards General Counsel and Head of M&A. Siska has a law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and the University of Chicago (USA) and an executive MBA from INSEAD.
