Authorized US Representative

Definition:

A person within the United States that can act as a legal representative in the context of an offering of a Foreign Private Issuer. The role, which can be assumed by a natural person or a corporate entity, typically (but not always) includes that person acting as agent for service of the Foreign Private Issuer in the United States.
