Capitalization Table
Definition:
A simplified version of a Balance Sheet, often included in a Prospectus (or similar document), that provides investors with information regarding the issuer’s Capital Structure. It is primarily designed for Retail Investors. In the European Union (EU) this is covered by the EU Prospectus Regulation and in the United Kingdom by the UK Prospectus Regulation, and is referred to as a Table of Capitalization and Indebtedness.
