Cash Flow Statement

Definition:

A mandatory part of a company’s Financial Statement(s), recording the flow of cash and Cash Equivalents into and out of a company. A Cash Flow Statement enables investors to understand the day-to-day cash operations of a company and to calculate how efficiently capital is being utilized. A Cash Flow Statement is distinct from an Income Statement.
