EEA Exchange Regulated Market

Definition:

A trading market that is not an EEA Regulated Market and is therefore not subject to the EU Prospectus Regulation and certain other EU directives that impose disclosure requirements and ongoing reporting requirements. For example, the Euro MTF in Luxembourg, and GEM in Ireland.
