Definition:

Item 10 under Regulation S-K. Item 10 in part regulates the content of the non-financial portions of a Registration Statement submitted to the SEC. For example, Item 10 contains the SEC’s policy on the basis and format of projections, use of security ratings, Incorporated by Reference, and use of non-GAAP financial measures.
