UK Listing Rules (UKLR)

Definition:

Rules published by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and contained in the FCA Handbook that specify certain requirements that must be met for a company’s securities to be admitted to the Official List (eligibility criteria) and certain rules that must be observed on a continuing basis by the Official List companies (continuing obligations). The UK Listing Rules entered into force on July 29, 2024.
