Combined Code

Definition:

The Combined Code on Corporate Governance published by the UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) to promote good corporate governance practices. The Combined Code required UK listed companies to report on and explain the extent of their compliance or non-compliance with the Combined Code. This code was superseded by the UK Corporate Governance Code.
