Named Executive Officers (NEOs)

Definition:

Defined in Rule 402 of the Securities Act as a company’s CEO, CFO and the three most highly compensated Executive Officers (other than the CEO) who were serving as Executive Officers at the end of the last completed Fiscal Year. Under SEC disclosure rules, a company must disclose certain compensation information regarding its Named Executive Officers.
