Definition:

A member of the Global Financial Markets Association (GFMA) alliance comprising the Association of Financial Markets in Europe (AFME), the Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA), and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. It is the US regional member of GFMA representing broker-dealers, banks and asset managers.
