UK Regulated Market

Definition:

A market for a variety of securities in a state in the United Kingdom that complies with the relevant criteria of the UK version of the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation and which is a UK Recognised Investment Exchange under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

The primary market in the United Kingdom is a UK Regulated Market (e.g., the Main Market in the United Kingdom is a UK Regulated Market but the AIM is not).
