Premium Listing

Definition:

Only available to equity securities on the Main Market issued by trading companies and closed and open-ended investment entities. Issuers with a Premium Listing were required to meet the UK’s super-equivalent rules which were higher than the minimum requirements established by previously applicable EU directives.

Following the entry into force of the UK Listing Rules (UKLR) on July 29, 2024, Premium Listings have been abolished.
